Return & Replacement Policy

Our Customer Friendly Return Policy

There are certain cases where customer wants to cancel, replace or return an ordered item. Our policy is customer friendly & designed to assist genuine requests without any hassle.

Cancellation

One may want to cancel the order once it is successfully placed but has not shipped yet.

Such cancellation requests shall be accepted only if the material has not been dispatched from our factory i.e. only if material has not been handed over to the third-party logistics service.

In case of a successful cancellation, full amount shall be refunded to the customer within 3-5 working days.

Request for Spare Parts

There may be instances when a customer wants certain compatible parts for our products which might make the product usable again. We understand that buying a new product is not logical if it can be made usable with some parts only.

We provide such parts FREE if broken in transit & informed within 7 days of purchase or provide them on paid basis if required at any point of time later on.

Replacement

There are certain instances when customer wants to replace the ordered product and want a new unit of the same product. In that case, customer can send the product back at his own courier expense to our factory address and we will send a new unit of the same product or different product of same monetary value to the customer at our own courier expense (i.e. customer will bear the return transit courier expense and we will bear the courier expense of sending replaced unit to the customer).

The Original Product will be inspected once it reaches our factory to ensure that material is received in usable condition with all contents intact.

Note: The replacement request must be made within 7 days of receipt of product.

Return & Refund

There are certain instances when customer may want to return the ordered product and wants refund for the same. In that case the customer will have to send the product back to our factory at his/her courier expense.

The Original Product will be inspected once it reaches our factory to ensure that material is received in usable condition with all contents intact.

After inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed in 3-5 working days.

Note: The return & refund request must be made within 7 days of receipt of product.

Other Terms & Conditions –

  1. All requests for replacement, return or refund must be made within 7 days of receipt of product.
  2. Enclose Order Number & a Valid Mobile Number with each request for smooth processing.
  3. Return Courier Charges in all circumstances will be borne by the customer only. We will bear the expense of sending the product from our factory to the customer.
  4. Brick & Mortar Store purchases can’t be returned at our Online Store.
  5. All replacement & return requests shall be deemed to be successfully made only if material is received is a usable condition with all contents intact. The damage in reverse logistics will also be borne by the customer.
  6. We ensure that our products are very heavily packed to ensure complete safety in transit. Still, our liability for any damage in transit is limited to request for spare parts, replacement or return & refund (as per our policy mentioned above).

If you are not able to comply with any of the above requirements, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement or a return & refund request.
